- We strive to keep our shipping options as simple and as economically possible. We offer UPS, USPS and FedEx shipping. The cost is automatically calculated based on your order and is displayed on the checkout screen. In some cases, we may not be able to offer one of these services so it may be marked as unavailable.
- Returns & Replacements
- We have a 30 day policy for returns. You may return any of our products, within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange on a like item. It is important to note, that you must return the remaining capsules. Our warranty covers the capsules based on the recommended daily amount, if a bottle is returned with a unusually large amount of capsules removed from it, it may be subject to a denial of the return or exchange policy.
- Ordering
- Ording may be done using our website, by phone or by mail. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- From time to time, we may reduce the price of our items, or promote them in other methods. We are not able to adjust the price after purchase, to take into account these promotions. The exception of this policy is as follows. If a product is purchased from us and is then offered at a lower price within 7 days from the date of purchase, we will refund the purchase price difference.

- By creating an account on our website, you may log in and view past and current orders.
- Updating Account Information
- When logged into our website, used the "My account" link to update your shipping and other information.
